There is currently a vacancy for an intern at Firefly Web.
The intern will gain practical experience in the design and management of websites and online stores, specifically for a new online product range. The success of this may lead to full-time opportunities after the internship.
Training in web design, web development, customer support, contentmanagement systems, ecommerce platforms, and web servers will be provided.
On completion, the intern will have attained skills and experience in the following areas:
- Working on the rollout of a new online product range
- Dealing with customer queries
- Document writing: This will include writing both internal and customer-facing documents.
- Web design, development and e-commerce: HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, as well as comprehensive knowledge of web content management systems such as Joomla!, and the e-commerce platform Magento
Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships. Must possess good IT skills and be passionate about growing their knowledge and experience in business and technology. The candidate must have strong writing skills and fluent Engish
